Student success is our highest priority and we aspire to be known for offering the most student-centered experience among Baltimore City Public Schools. This year, we will be pushing the envelop for student achievement by implementing the 90-90-90 initiative. This initiative involves increasing student attendance to 90%, increasing the pass rate in every classroom to 90%, and increasing MSA/HSA pass rate to 90%. This initiative creates an organization wide focus which will lead to higher student achievement by increasing coordination and collaboration among all stakeholders.

As a college and career preparatory institution, we offer students unique opportunities to develop their leadership skills, through such programs as the Internship Program, College and Career Thursdays, and our Student Government Association. Quinhon N. Goodlowe is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She is ACCE's third principal. She has worked in many capacities in education in and around Baltimore: as a teacher and content team-leader at ACCE and as vice-president of Educational Community Development of the Leadership and Policy Doctoral Student Organization.  Also, she has served as an educational consultant for Inner East Academy for Young Scholars.
