We are looking for team players who want to be part of this exciting chance to make a difference in the lives of non-criteria Baltimore City students. At ACCE, we believe that all students can learn and we are building a new and expanding program that will help shape young lives for a future in college and careers.

We are hiring for high school (grades 9-12) math as well as middle school (grade 6) math, English, and social studies/science.
We are also looking for an ITA (.8). Our new ITA needs to be reliable and knowledgeable about current state laws and practices. We are looking for someone to be part of our team and to help organize our reasonably sized special education population of students in addition to our PRIDE program and the new incoming sixth grade class expected in the fall.
Finally, we are looking for a CAREER COORDINATOR. This person would ideally possess a background in education and experience in a career or technical field. Our career coordinator structures monthly field trips or speakers for the whole school to have college and career experiences to further their exploration of their future. S/he would also be involved in grant writing to maintain and expand our extended day program that includes careers in the arts classes and additional academic based classes ranging from debate to yearbook to poetry. The career coordinator will work closely with the other career team members in transition our seniors with experiences at the Baltimore MOED One-Stop Career Centers as well as with the internship coordinator to place students in 16 week experienced based postions in the real world. Finally, the coordinator would be directly involved in developing/improving the freshman seminar class that teaches students about career choices and skills needed to survive in the real world.
